Moulded FRP Gratings

KRIZA FRP Moulded grating is manufactured in an open, heated mould system by professional skilled workers. Continuous glass roving is laid down in the mould in alternating layers in both directions and completely wetted out with resin. This continuous process produces an integral plate which provides excellent corrosion resistance as well as bi-directional strength. These gratings are available in polyester, vinyl ester or phenolic resin which are all self-extinguishing and UV resistance for added durability and safety.

Pultruded FRP Gratings

Kriza is a composite manufacturer that produces FRP (Fiber Reinforced Polymer) pultruded gratings in addition to their FRP moulded gratings. FRP pultruded gratings are made by pulling continuous fibres through a resin bath and then through a heated die to form a rigid, durable panel.
